What is HYROX?

HYROX is a standardized fitness race: 8 km of running split by 8 functional workout stations. The format is the same in every city, so your time is directly comparable to everyone else's. You don't need to be an elite athlete to race, but you do need to prepare for it. That's where we come in.

How We Train You for Race Day

HYROX Sessions Every Wednesday & Saturday

Sled push and pull, farmer's carries, rowing, SkiErg, sandbag lunges, wall balls and compromised running between stations.

Coach-Led Programming

Sessions are run by our team of Peak coaches who know the race format, so you learn pacing, transitions and station standards, not just how to work hard.

Base Camp Open Gym

Fit in extra work outside class times with pre-programmed stations and TV-guided workouts. Show up and the workout is already running.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to race to join?

No. HYROX prep is great training whether or not you ever race. Many members train this way just for the conditioning.

I've never done HYROX. Is this for beginners?

Yes. HYROX is designed for everyday athletes. Coaches scale every station to where you are and build you up toward race standards.

What does a HYROX Training Club affiliation mean?

Peak Fitness is recognized by HYROX as an official Training Club. Our programming follows the race format, and members get early access to race registration when it is available.

How is Base Camp different from a regular open gym?

At a typical open gym you're on your own. At Base Camp the programming is done for you, the stations are set up, and TVs guide you through every movement.

Do you offer coaching in Spanish?

Yes. We have Spanish-speaking coaches. Se habla español.

Where are you located?

1471 W Business Park Dr, Suite 107, Orem, UT 84058, right off I-15 and University Parkway. We train athletes from Orem, Provo, Vineyard, Lindon and across Utah County.
